the know-how/secret behind snsd’s good teamwork? talking is the most important thing. they have 5-minute talks every day, but, because everyone’s busy lately, they gather at least once a week and do it then. on birthdays, they light candles and sit in a circle..they said the candles are used to create an atmosphere where they can show their true feelings/thoughts better. they said they’ve also cried doing 5-minute talks. such as when one member is feeling sorry towards another member and any misunderstandings are solved.
